About AREIM

Andersson Real Estate Investment Management, AREIM, is a real estate fund manager and advisory firm located in Stockholm, Sweden.

AREIM was founded in 2003, with a focus mainly on serving as the Nordic real estate operating partner for the Blackstone Group. In 2005-2009, AREIM broadened its client base by adding advisory services to ING Real Estate.

In 2007, AREIM launched its first real estate fund, AREIM I Fund, with a committed capital base of SEK 2.1B. In connection with the launch of the fund,  AREIM has divided its principal organization into two separate entities. AREIM Advisory Services will focus mainly on AREIM’s existing client relations, and AREIM Fund Management main focus will be the development of the AREIM I Fund.

AREIM is the co-founder and owner of JARL AM AB, responsible for the high-profile redevelopment of the old post terminal in the Stockholm city centre.
