AREIM I FUND

The AREIM I Fund has a value-added investment strategy with a mid to long-term horizon. The Fund is mainly focused on office properties in the larger Swedish cities but is also open to investing in other opportunities as warranted.

AREIM I Fund’s investment strategy is concentrated on finding the highest and best use for all of its properties. This approach is centred around matching tenant specific needs and requirements with the correct property; either with existing tenants and properties or by seeking new assets to work with.

The people within AREIM Fund Management have extensive experience in overhauling and refurbishing properties to create more attractive, higher quality assets and in matching tenants to properties that best fit their needs.
