AREIM Fund Management manages a real estate fund, AREIM I Fund, in which three of the largest institutional capital managers ABP (Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP), ATP (the Danish Supplementary Pension Fund) and GIC (the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), have each committed SEK 700 million, totalling SEK 2.1 billion.
