Environmental Philosophy

For us, environmental awareness means to be resource and energy efficient throughout the lifecycle of a building. We carefully manage demolitions, construction of new buildings, refurbishments and tenant fit-outs to ensure these are in-line with the highest environmental standards.

In practice, this means many small and large things are taken into consideration, such as how tenant garbage is treated, providing tenant recycling facilities, providing bicycle parking, optimizing energy efficiency, building materials, how tenant improvements are carried out, recycling materials during demolition as well as construction logistics. A variety of considerations are made throughout a building’s life cycle in order to find optimal solutions to deliver environmentally smart buildings.
